On the 14th of March, Perspectivity teamed up with Starters4Communities to facilitate one of their Young Changemakers Community events. Starters4Communities works on social innovation with people who are starting out on the labour market. For their community, they organise events every month around topics that are of interest/importance to them. This time they choose the topic of complex challenges and asked Perspectivity to design and lead the evening.
At the event, we explored when situations are complex or when just complicated through looking at the Cynefin framework. We considered what that means for the work we do in our own complex challenges. We used the Complexity Navigator to explore what is needed to achieve collective impact in complex situations and tried to come up with concrete actions for our complex challenges together.
