‘’Shell management firmly believes in the Perspectivity game to help Shell staff reflect on their work and business ethics’’, stated one of the organisers who had invited Felix, Sander and Henk on May 28th to help play the game with near 40 employees of Shell IT unit. It was an exciting morning which has lead to much after talk, we heard. During the game, reflection, analysis and peer communication was quick and sharp. Which –in one group- soon after the middle of the game, lead to very promising scores. Until… the last round, when somehow players felt they were safe, and reverted right back to old, more familiar strategies, that however reduced the scores to almost bottom line again. The course of events at the two game boards provided ample ingredients for a rich debrief, concluding another successful Perspectivity challenge event at Shell.
