Online research agency The Brighthouse is building a consumer review site for Stichting Klantgericht Bouwen (Foundation for Consumer-friendly Construction). To work more closely as a team and to be able to better align their priorities with those of the client, they have decided to use Scrum.
Petra de Boer helps the team with their initial project planning – in the shape of an iceberg – and facilitates the first scrum sessions; from making the sprint planning, the stand-up team meetings, the product presentation for the client and the retrospective on the first sprint.
