In 2012 Perspectivity supported Cordaid in the design and facilitation of a training course for young leaders. Aim of this course, Care for a Common Cause is to provide young leaders with insights and experiences leading to behavioural change, especially in collaboration.
Key in the training is to learn how to find common ground related to a joint issue and how to achieve ownership. How to position organisational interests and perceptions and integrate them with others acknowledging the added value of multi stakeholder’s involvement. The training has been delivered so far in Kenya, the Netherlands and Ghana with youth leaders from partnerorganisations of UNOY .
