I am an engaged facilitator of change, dedicated to helping build sustainable organisations and societies. My experience is in designing and facilitating participatory multi-stakeholder processes. The approach I use is participatory, focused on getting groups moving, learning and collaborating, and aimed at increasing responsibility and self-management.
I have worked with social and governmental organisations and companies, in the Netherlands, Africa, Asia and Latin America. This experience enables me to use language, rhythm and processes to ensure that different groups can connect on a common ambition and find common ground for the next steps. I take great pleasure in doing this work
My academic background is in Organizational Psychology and I started my career at De Baak Management Centre. In 2011, I joined Perspectivity as a partner. I like to work as a collective and in Perspectivity my ambitions and experience combine nicely with our shared mission and philosophy.
Other things I enjoy doing are mountain biking, playing tennis, gardening and making music. I play the violin in a ladies quintet and am on the board of the Dialoog Foundation. Together with my husband Maarten and our two daughters, I live a nice family life in the countryside north of Amsterdam

Energy transition: facilitating a future search for the digital energy market
The Netherlands is rapidly switching to a distributed energy system, with all citizens and many companies becoming prosumers: producers and consumers at the same time. This energy transition creates new – mostly digital – markets, via platforms for which there are no clear rules. Perspectivity was asked to facilitate a three-day Future Search conference to design these rules together.
Facilitate implementation plan for undocumented Amsterdam
The shelter and guidance of people who are undocumented in Amsterdam has been a wicked problem for years. The municipal council wanted to create an implementation plan for better shelter and guidance in 2018. It asked Perspectivity to design and facilitate sessions with all the involved parties. Goal of these sessions: to arrive at a widely supported implementation plan through co-creation.
