“The Greek philosopher Heraclitus said it all: change is the only constant. But the difference with today is that change has become faster and more complex. It is an illusion to think you can keep orchestrating communication. After all, it takes place continuously and between all kinds of players, and constantly changes in character, players and needs. To continue to connect and to make progress visible, we as communication professionals must become much more agile.”
