Perspectivity guided a large-scale co-creation process to establish Local Care Teams in the city of Amsterdam. These teams must strengthen basic social care in the neighbourhoods and are part of the further development of the social domain in the capital.
Four major work sessions took place in the autumn of 2019, each with around 120 people from the broad stakeholder field: care providers, Amsterdammers with support questions, residents, social welfare organizations and policymakers.
The central question:
How do we ensure that Local Care Teams optimally match the life of Amsterdammers with all their support questions?
