Newcomers as change agents in the EAC Secretariat


Newcomers can serve as great agents for change as they see the organisation with fresh eyes. That is why Monique Janmaat supported the design of a new style induction programme and facilitated a leading change session, both with the objective to design a participatory induction programme for 30 new employees of the East African Community Secretariat.  The induction should lead to a strong relationship between new staff, that will stay connected and that will act as change agents for a more integrated culture within the secretariat.

I like the aspect of change agents to deal with the institutional and traditional attitudes and mindsets that need change
