Rectors of the U4 universities decided to pursue a third edition of the U4 Academic Leadership Programme. It started off with 3 days at the University of Groningen in February, whereafter the journey continues with another 3 days at the University of Ghent in June, followed by the universities of Uppsala and Göttingen later in the year.
Twenty deans and directors convene and interact deeply through peer learning, self-reflection, external inputs, provocative lectures, and out-of-the box sessions. Themes like talent development, identity and accountability, quality and change are explored in this intense learning programme. Perspectivity designs and facilitates the programme in partnership with U4 coordinators.
