On April 1, we are organising a train-the-trainer session for those who want to be trained in the Climate challenge.
During this training you can learn to facilitate the Climate challenge— triggering a unique learning experience that will leave the participants with an improved understanding of how a sustainable future could materialise.
You learn how to lead the challenge, from starting the introduction and explanation of the game rules; the actual gaming; to guiding the dialogue-laden debrief. The training dives deeper into the game dynamics and concepts, enhances understanding of facilitating a reflective dialogue, and explores the options of using the challenge in your own (professional) context.
After the training you are part of the Perspectivity challenge facilitators pool. This means that you’ll be able to host the Climate challenge sessions and can contribute to the learning experience of others! Perspectivity has played the challenges in very different business and public sector settings. Challenge facilitators do receive a stipend for hosting a challenge.
When: Wednesday 1st of April
Who: Everyone wanting to become a Climate challenge facilitator and who is acquainted with this challenge, or one of the other Perspectivity challenges
Time: 14:00-18:00 uur
Training fee: EUR 75,- per person
Location: Amsterdam, Spring House. Next to central station (for directions see here)
Language: The plenary part will be in English
