The German International Cooperation (GIZ) in Tanzania approached Perspectivity to facilitate annual feedback sessions for two of their managers.
Perspectivity compiled feedback from team members through anonymous questionnaires. In small groups the teams analysed the information and added examples based on their own experiences. This resulted in a top-3 of strong points and three priorities for improvement, which were discussed in an open dialogue session with each manager and his team. Together they formulated input for the final agreement for next year: what should the manager keep on doing and what should the manager start doing or improving.
Both feedback sessions were very constructive and the teams realised how powerful feedback can be and how these practices should be integrated in their daily work.
