In 2013 Perspectivity organised a workshop on innovative leadership in the recurring leadership programme organised by the Goethe Business School for their client, the Chinese Development Bank. In the workshop the participants were offered innovative views on leadership in complexity. Cynefin Framework and Appreciative Inquiry formed the basis of design.
