Werk, Participatie en Inkomen (Work, Participation and Income) has been reorganised into separate columns a few years back. Although this happened, common ground on the content of their work has not disappeared. That is why the management board has asked to look for those areas of common ground in a strategic session facilitated by Perspectivity, in order to be collectively better equipped to deal with the challenge of the separate departments.
