Friday 9th of March, 15 participants enjoyed the Train-the-Trainer for the Stress Nexus! challenge – dealing with the interconnected challenges at the nexus of energy, water and food – or the Public Health challenge – dealing with the issue of how to sustain and invest in a sustainable health care system. The training was given by Apostolos Georgiadis, Herman van der Meyden and Hanne Verhoeven.
The group consisted of very familiar faces – like current gameleaders and a few of our Perspectivity friends from FMO – but also many new faces – some of whom joined the open game last November. The group grasped understanding of how to lead the challenge, from starting the introduction to guiding the dialogue-laden debrief. The training was designed to make participants (more) aware of the concepts behind the challenges and to enhance their understanding of facilitating a reflective dialogue when the game is over. A vibrant and playful atmosphere within the group served the learning experience very well.
We are very happy to welcome this group to the Perspectivity challenge facilitators pool, ready to host the challenges in a range of business and public sector setting. Let’s game on!
