Perspectivity is a collective of committed individuals and professional consultants, dedicated to help build sustainable organisations and societies. The Enterprise is one collective consisting of a number of partners, with a number of projects in a number of different areas. In such a context, how do we remain ONE collective?
Among other things, the partners treat themselves with regular retreats. And this is why, if you were in the countryside around Zwolle in the second week of September, you could bump into a bunch of people living in tents among trees for a couple of days, reflecting on their own projects, discussing the future of the world(s), or freely improvising on the topic of their visions.
Did it feel like a standard outing with a group colleagues?
Far from it.
Did we reconnect, get energised and inspired?
