Self-expression appeared to be a core quality of this vibrant group! They improved their competencies on appreciative understanding and learned approaches for constructive dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The <a title=\"Care for a Common Cause\" href=\"https:\/\/perspectivity.org\/index.php\/products-services\/trainings-that-trigger\/care-for-a-common-cause\/\">Care for a Common Cause training<\/a> developed by Perspectivity offers young community leaders a methodology that encourages them to work in multi-stakeholder settings on often very complex security issues in high-risk areas.
