Rachael was one of the participants, a New Zealand nurse who moved to the Netherlands. (And now co-developer of the Public Health Challenge;) I was telling her that my boyfriend and I just made the decision to go to her home country, to live there for a year. It was actually during that conversation that the idea was born to introduce upside down Perspectivity, down under…..

So here I am, in Wellington, where we arrived end of May. My enthusiasm for bringing the game to New Zealand has only been growing. I am finding my way to talk to the right people, to accomplish that.

The planning is to find a first partner & co facilitator to organise first Open Game sessions in Wellington and Auckland, end of August and September. From there I will set up a Train the Trainer, in order to create a small yet committed community, that is able to bring Perspectivity to a diverse range of organisations. Apart from that, I will explore opportunities to work as a consultant underneath the Perspectivity Enterprise and thus bring Perspectivity NZ to a level, beyond the game.

Purpose is to leave behind (after one year, or later) a network that’s strong enough, not only to keep on rolling, but also to become bigger, once I am gone. Can’t wait to make it happen!
