Lessons learned have to be applied to their own leadership styles. The AkzoNobel\u00a0 approach is called Planet Possible, which is basically the challenge to <em>create more value from fewer resources<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019It is all about communication\u00b4\u00b4 one player said, \u00a0\u00b4\u00b4we all knew it, but you wouldn\u00b4t listen!\u00b4\u00b4<\/p>\n<p>Reflection started on what revenue or value really is. From a corporate setting first everyone was just thinking about money, but after the game a much broader perception of revenue and value came up. This was used in the afternoon when the graduates reflected on what this meant for their leadership and who else they would need in the process.<\/p>\n<p>In the end\u00a0 the question \u2018\u2019who is the winner ?\u2019\u2019 was left hanging in the air.
