Friday 9th of March, 15 participants enjoyed the Train-the-Trainer for the\u00a0Stress Nexus! challenge<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 dealing with the interconnected challenges at the nexus of energy, water and food \u2013 or the\u00a0Public Health challenge<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 dealing with the issue of how to sustain and invest in a sustainable health care system.\u00a0The training was given by\u00a0Apostolos Georgiadis<\/a>,\u00a0Herman van der Meyden<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Hanne Verhoeven.<\/a><\/p>\n

The group consisted of very familiar faces \u2013 like current gameleaders and a few of our Perspectivity friends from FMO \u2013 but also many new faces \u2013 some of whom joined the\u00a0open game last November<\/a>. The group grasped understanding of how to lead the challenge, from starting the introduction to guiding the dialogue-laden debrief. The training was designed to make participants (more) aware of the concepts behind the challenges and to enhance their understanding of facilitating a reflective dialogue when the game is over. A vibrant and playful atmosphere within the group served the learning experience very well.<\/p>\n

We are very happy to welcome this group to the Perspectivity challenge facilitators pool, ready to host the challenges in a range of business and public sector setting. Let\u2019s game on!<\/p>\n
