It started off with 3 days at the University of Groningen in February, whereafter the journey continues with another 3 days at the University of Ghent in June, followed by the universities of Uppsala and G\u00f6ttingen later in the year.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty deans and directors convene and interact deeply through peer learning, self-reflection, external inputs, provocative lectures, and out-of-the box sessions. Themes like talent development, identity and accountability, quality and change are explored in this intense learning programme.
