This Master&#8217;s\u00a0degree is a part-time programme of the\u00a0VUCA Academy\u00a0and\u00a0Radboud University.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day, Perspectivity&#8217;s Elien helps students to understand complexity and explains the Future Search methodology. Participants\u00a0are introduced\u202fto the current development of increasing complexity and what that means for\u202fleadership,\u00a0behaviour, cooperation\u202fand organisation in our society \u2013 in governments, in\u202forganisations and in partnerships.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/perspectivity.org\/index.php\/facilitation\/future-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Future Search<\/a>\u00a0is a methodology and philosophy to realise systemic change in complex, or rather VUCA, issues.\u00a0Participants experience parts of the methodology and learn\u202fmore about the underlying principles.<\/p>\n<p>The second day is about navigating in complexity.
