The corona crisis is still striking hard in different parts of the world. As Perspectivity, we find great value in face-to-face settings for the trainings that we design and deliver. This has to do with the lively dynamics of the delivery. The challenge was therefore huge when we were requested by the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) to convert two courses (‘Managing Environmental Contexts’ and ‘Interpersonal Communication’) into online ones.

The production was a collaborative effort between Perspectivity and Delft Digital Learning. The courses consist of videos, quizzes, exercises, games and forum discussions. They are now accessible on Moodle and are offered as asynchronous courses. This means that participants can independently take the course and do them at their own pace, while they also have to collaborate with peers who are following the same pace.
