The BUNDLE OF COMPLEXITY is the result of a collective writing process with around 20 complexity lovers.
A collective writing process
In January of this year, we hid in a farmhouse in the outskirts of Amsterdam to write stories about the complex transformation processes that we initiated, facilitated or were part of. The structured writing process of the Barefoot Guide helped each of us to write about own experiences as practitioners and to learn on a deeper level about how to navigate complexity. Through this, we developed a deeper understanding of complex change processes. In short, the writeshop method helped us to learn to write and to write to learn.
Next writeshop this winter
