I am a dedicated facilitator and dialogue leader focused on creating space for meaningful dialogue and inclusive decision-making. With a background in Design Thinking and interaction design, I know how to guide groups through creative and constructive collaborative processes, with a keen eye on differences, diversity and inclusion. My focus is on bringing together diverse perspectives and supporting an open, safe environment where tension and resistance are allowed to be part of the exchange. To strengthen this, I have immersed myself in methodologies that promote inclusiveness and participation, such as Deep Democracy, Future Search and Appreciative Inquiry. With an analytical and empathetic eye, I support people with complex issues involving various stakeholders to initiate the dialogue that leads us to innovative insights and supported solutions.
Social Design and Design Thinking
For five years I have worked as a designer and business developer for my own social startup, Luuno. In this rollercoaster of a journey, I gained valuable experience working intensively with a wide range of stakeholders (including foundations, government, production parties, private sector, funds, medical staff, experts and target groups with specific needs). This experience has informed my facilitation and guidance, and strengthened my ability to effectively integrate and include the interests and perspectives of diverse groups in a jointly supported process.
Visual reporting, illustrator and harvester
I enjoy visualising complex ideas through drawings, digital illustrations and visual reporting, through these visuals I try to make abstract ideas accessible to all involved. This manifests itself in Visual note-taking, where I draw during sessions for clarification and mutual understanding, and in illustrations for processes, photography and visual reporting. I also have experience as a harvester for small and large processes, both for in-person and online work sessions.
Graduated as an Industrial Design Engineer MSc from Delft University of Technology, specialising in designs for interaction. In my spare time, you can find me on the dance floor, either teaching or dancing, with my other passion in life: Argentine Tango.
“I would love to invite you for a dance in complexity, in creativity or in connection.”

Transformative Futures for Water Security initiative
Water security is key to our collective future, yet many places in the world experience severe water insecurity. We have to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all (SDG 6). Perspectivity facilitated this initiative for the Global South on the future of water security in the lead-up to the UN 2023 Water Conference.
