The 18th of April Monique Janmaat facilitated two management feedback sessions for the German International Cooperation (GIZ) in Arusha, Tanzania.
Based on anonymous questionnaires team members prepared positive and constructive feedback for their managers. During an open dialogue, everyone shared their experiences and at the end they formulated agreements for the coming year. The agreements included things that managers should keep on doing because they have had a positive effect on everyone’s performance, and things that could be improved.
The whole exercise was experienced as very insightful and constructive.
