During the weekend of 13 and 14 May 2020, the foundation Herstelcirkels organises an open online introduction training courses in guiding Restorative Circles.
During this training, we pay attention to:
- Restorative circles – background, foundations and process
- The 3 fases – pre-circle / circle / post-circle, with specific questions and dialogue form
- Way of working of the supervisor
- Installing a restorative circle (if sufficient time available).
We will practise a lot so that everyone gets the chance to experience restorative circles and practice as a contributor, representative and supervisor.
