Perspectivity designed and facilitated a 3-days workshop with 50 representatives of civil society organisations on building effective partnerships to strengthen civil society in Burundi.
The role of CARE Burundi (organization fighting global poverty) is changing. It is moving from the implementation of projects towards the role of catalyst and facilitator for the partner organisations. Therefore CARE is undertaking a process to build a partnership network and strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of its partners.
Through various large scale intervention methods, Perspectivity guided conversations amongst the participants about partnership collaboration and they were delighted that all could bring in their views and exchange openly. Rich dialogues led to high energy, a shared ambition and engagement for further action to build effective partnerships for strengthening civil society.
