Cordaid New Leadership

From 10-12 January the entire leadership of Cordaid withdrew in a retreat house in Oostvoorne. These 25 people are jointly responsible for putting the new Cordaid into business. After a tough transition period a new structure with business units has been put in place and new trust and freedom, unity and autonomy, a social and businesswise approach, has to be built. Together with Springteam, Perspectivity facilitated these 3 days with inspiring people.
