As part of the Future Search process of IKV Pax Christi, a Dutch Peace Organisation, Perspectivity facilitated a World Café event on June 3rd 2013. The participatory event intensified the orientation of the organisation towards shared ambitions, contributed to coherence in the organisation and raised energy amongst staff.
It was a lively exchange with nearly all staff of IKV Pax Christi on core themes for the future organisation. The World Café event was a follow up of the Future Search Conference that took place in February 2013. IKV Pax Christi has been working on themes for its proposition towards 2020.
