How can we share our challenges, victories, stories and insights with each other in order to create a more resilient network?
Perspectivity had the pleasure to collaborate with the Robert Carr Fund, its grantees, colleagues and experts, on co-creating a learning resource, which is now published. It is the result of the Collective Impact Reflection Workshop, which took place in 2024 for all its grantees worldwide that came together to exchange knowledge, reflect on challenges, and strategise for the future. Our partner Marjolein Kok was the lead process designer and facilitator for this workshop, in which grantees and external experts discussed central themes to their work such as partnership building, decriminalization, and gender transformative approaches. Our partner Diana Gapak-Hughes contributed as a World Café table host on the topic of working in networks and consortia.
As a result of the CIRW, a collective learning resource has been co-created together with RCF, experts and grantees. Our Young Enterpriser María Peiró developed the concept and graphic identity for the resulting learning resource, which is shaped by the collective experiences and insights of RCF’s grantees. With the strong symbol of multicolored threads twisting together into a rich, diverse and strong network, visual structure and interest were given to the incredibly impactful content. The resulting open-source resource, “Weaving knowledge for collective learning”, can be accessed here.

The Partnership Prompt Cards
Part of the collective learning resource includes the Partnership Prompt Cards to support RCF’s network in building, maintaining and strengthening collaborations and partnerships. Created by Marjolein and Théa L Khoury (from RCF) and designed by María, the cards are inspired by Perspectivity’s Complexity Navigator, outcomes of the CIRW and RCF’s grantees cases, contextualising the cards with real experiences. They serve as simple prompts and might see continued development over time as a living resource. They can be found here.
