Anna is an anthropologist by background and an experienced facilitator, trainer, coach and human connector. She loves to design and facilitate collaborative (change) processes and transformative learning experiences, using participatory and dialogic methodologies for inner and outer change. My drive is to enhance learning and create more awareness and safety in teams and organisations to be more open, inclusive, diverse and learning as a collective, that is teams, organisations and indeed the world throughout, making use of our collective potential.
I share the vision that every person has a valuable and meaningful contribution to make to this world. And that a better sustainable world, organization or community needs everyone’s unique voice(s), talent and contribution to flourish. But this process does not always happen automatically. Wherever people live, work and learn together in groups, we encounter differences. These differences usually cause tension and discomfort… and as people we prefer to avoid them. Very human, but not knowing that we miss out on a very important source and our greatest potential to grow. That is why it can help to look at these differences and tensions differently, to learn to deal with them in ways we use their power for growth and transformation.
I facilitate change by dialogues and group processes in order to:
· Make room to say what needs to be said
· Create safe spaces where people can and dare to speak up and address each other
· Have people listen to each other, even if they disagree
· Have clarity and decisions being made
· Confrontation is entered into in a healthy way
· Involvement is high and people really go for it
· Decisions are made with support, also from the minority
Anna helps leaders and teams to improve communication, utilize differences and strengthen dialogue in order to make optimal use of the potential of all, in order to contribute to sustainable solutions for the world of tomorrow.
Anna has a passion for art, painting, reading, talking to strangers, small rituals and personal habits and discovering the unknown… as well as running outside in the beautiful nature of The Hague (read the coastal dunes).
