Perspectivity provides two training days in the Master’s programme Managing Information & Sustainable Change (MISC) in April and May of 2018. This Master’s degree is a part-time programme of the VUCA Academy and Radboud University.
On the first day, Perspectivity’s Elien helps students to understand complexity and explains the Future Search methodology. Participants are introduced to the current development of increasing complexity and what that means for leadership, behaviour, cooperation and organisation in our society – in governments, in organisations and in partnerships.
Future Search is a methodology and philosophy to realise systemic change in complex, or rather VUCA, issues. Participants experience parts of the methodology and learn more about the underlying principles.
The second day is about navigating in complexity. Participants are introduced to Perspectivity’s transformation approach Perspectivity’s transformation approach, the Complexity Navigator, and learn and play with the nine building blocks to realise breakthroughs and results in VUCA settings.
