METHODS

Visual Reporting

To strengthen dialogue processes and support ongoing communication, Perspectivity offers visual reporting. Visual reports are attractive and friendly records of meetings and dialogue processes. With visual reporting, you retain valuable outcomes for participants and share with others the progress you are making.

When working on a complex issue, often a large number of stakeholders is involved. Due to constraints such as time, distance, finances and language, it is not always possible to bring all of these people together in the same place. Therefore, we often work with a smaller group that reflects all stakeholders involved in the issue, and who wants to share the results with the wider group.

Regular minutes and old-fashioned reports are usually too wordy and dry, and do not convey the energy created. When you have had a valuable meeting, you not only want to be able to show what results you have achieved, but also visualize how those results came about. We take a journalistic approach, using stories, images and graphics to make the reports more interesting to read, also for those who did not attend.
